My Classes
Intelligent fitness and nutritional solutions tailored to the needs of all.
I provide both one-to-one and group fitness and nutrition classes, delivered online or in-person.
Tailored workouts will cover any or all of the components of fitness as appropriate for the client, to include body composition, agility, balance, cardiovascular endurance, co-ordination, flexibility, muscular endurance, power, explosive strength, reaction time and speed. The frequency, intensity, time and type of fitness pursuit is specifically tailored to suit the needs of the client, and will take into account all limitations, and fully aid the management of the medical conditions.
The nutrition classes will be specific for the client helping each and all to improve their nutrition and well-being in a manner that suits the client in question. These can also be tailored to support specific fitness pursuits.
Adolescents
The fitness programmes that I have developed will help young people from the ages of 10 to 19 years old to improve their fitness in a manner that is suitable for their stage of physical and mental development. Delivered in a fun, albeit intelligent manner, these classes will help young people to build skills relevant to sports, fitness goals with regards to agility, flexibility, strength, power, balance, muscular endurance and cardio health. Also these young people will learn about team work and communication.
Older adults
I will deliver tailored fitness sessions that fully take into account the aging process and how this can impact on body systems, movement, condition and other fitness related factors. I will deliver motivation and support appropriate for this demographic. These fitness sessions will enable people to enhance all aspects of fitness to support their overall well-being.
Medical conditions.
As an exercise referral instructor, I specialise in formulating and delivering fitness programmes for people with medical conditions in order to enhance fitness, health and well-being. These classes will be tailored to individuals with medical conditions such as low back pain, arthritis, osteoporis, cardiovascular conditions, asthma, COPD, diabetes, alzheimers, dementia, obesity, depression, anxiety and other conditions too. The classes will provide appropriate exercises, taking into account the needs of the invididual in a friendly supportive environment.
Military veterans, Air Cadets and other uniformed services.
As a military veteran, I enjoy helping other veterans to further improve their fitness, health and well-being. Likewise, I enjoy assisting aspiring Air Cadets, and other people associated with our uniformed services with tailored fitness and nutrition classes.
Nutrition classes.
Tailored nutrition classes and programmes for individuals and groups. These sessions will analyse one's current nutritional habits, educate on nutrition and devise new nutritional plans,. Book a session as an individual or group or join one of the upcoming Sixteen week programmes., to help maximise your nutrition and overall well-being.
Sports teams.
Combining my love for football, tennis and running, I will use utilise fitness to help teams and individuals within these sports to enhance their fitness specific to improving performance within these sports. These classes will be tailored to both the needs of the individuals and the group at large.
Family and Friends
A group of family members and/or friends may wish to undertake some group training together. This can be in the format of strength and conditioning, muscular endurance, cardiovascular, and flexibility or a mixture of all.
Workplaces and educational establishments
Fitness for the workforce can help to inspire team cohesion, and promote creativity as well as improve individual fitness, health and well-being.
Hotels, tourists and travelling persons
Working alongside our hotels, B&Bs, AirBnBs, to offer fitness, health and well-being to our many tourists and travellers who visit the fylde coast and surrounding areas.
