What areas of fitness do you specialise in?
I am a qualified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, qualified to deliver tailored fitness programmes to people who wish to improve their fitness, health and well-being, I have additional specialist qualifications in working with adolescents, older adults and people with a range of medical conditions. I am a qualified England Athletics running coach, and I use these principles, where required and appropriate in the sessions too.
How can you help me to achieve my goals?
Drawing on many qualifications and experiences (please see the credentials page). I offer technical expertise to help people understand fitness and nutrition and adopt correct form an technique. I offer tailored classes and programmes to aid a person achieving their goals. I also use coaching and behaviour change strategies to further support the realising of goals.
What kind of fitness training do you deliver?
I deliver training to aid all eleven components of fitness. These include strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, body composition, muscular endurance, agility, co-ordination, reaction time, balance, power and speed. I use an appropriate use of these training components to suit the individual needs of individuals and groups.
